Artspace begins Northrup King Building arts complex redevelopment

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the Artspace project. The redevelopment of the Northrup King Building arts complex, which has been anticipated since 2022, will involve the remodeling of two vacant buildings on the property. One of these buildings will be transformed into over 84 housing units, while the other will expand into an 8,100 square foot art gallery and exhibit space. The Northrup complex will accommodate 350 tenants, including artist studios, creative small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
