Little Earth Phase VI

One of four phases Watson-Forsberg has worked with Little Earth to improve their housing.

Completed in 2016
Rehab of 3 apartment buildings, 78 units, totaling 67,667 square feet
Included: new siding, exterior insulation, roof, windows, boilers and hot water heaters
Construction was completed while site was occupied
Native Traditions were honored when trees were impacted by construction
Diverse workforce and subcontractors were employed to accomplish this work
