A 2003 construction of the 6,600 square foot restaurant at the award winning Excelsior & Grand Community.
- Completed in 2003 and continues to be a successful dining location
- Finishes: panelized curved walls, concrete bar top, cloud ceilings with special reflective (metal-imbedded) paint
- The grease duct needed to go 5 stories up; this was accomplished by craning the welded duct down the shaft after being inspected
